I am a longtime Civ player with some limited skill in modding.
In Civ III, set up a map and scenario on Earth. I would like to do the same in Civ IV. Size is between large and huge, about 120 x 78.
I've scanned the World Builder hints and tips, but me being dense most of the instructions seem to be lost to me.
Small complaint, the scenario editor for Civ II was a lot better than what I've seen officially for Civ IV.
Seems I read someplace that you could use a simple text editor like notepad to setup the scenario.
is that true?
any help or directions where to read info would be appreciated.
