UI mod similar to civ 4 BUG

is there a popular UI mod that people use that *DOES NOT* change gameplay elements however gives more UI/visual/utility features similar to BUG for civ4?

That would be CivUP, although it had some elements that bordered (crossed?) the line between UI and gameplay that prevented me from using it anymore... plus some strange bug that makes it very slow in some situations (opening a city screen, in example).

yea tried civup - LOVED the interface UI changes then read about some gameplay changes that I don't necessarily agree with - I run diety/immortal challenge maps usually so I want to stay *correct* with the flavor of the game - PLUS I absolutely love what the last few patches did...

it's surprising I havn't been able to find a UI mod that is basically civup without the tweaks....

CivUP makes tweaks? Since when? It renames a couple of things, and reorganizes others. WHat does it change?
