To those who do not care to take the time to read my letters, or purposely misinterpret them

Dare I remind you that you, just as Britain, Germany, and I, have crushed movements that have committed heinous acts towards you in the misguided belief that this will bring about independence?
I never, EVER said that there weren't people who weren't unhappy about being ruled by me, as you see. All I said was that, as Greece pointed out, the world nations were formed by referendum in the first place! Hence, one nation who has absolutely no right to have any opinions about another nations citizens should not, nay,
cannot assume a holier than-though attitude and say stupid, pompous, and self-defeating things like
"I think Russia should give up Latvia", or
"The English colonies must surely yearn to be free", or
"There should be an Eskimo/Spanish/Indian/Carribean/What have you? free nation"
It's an incredibly clear-cut case of the pot calling the kettle black, and if certain of the illustrious heads of state around the world did not have the faculties to understand the irony when I, who heads the largest connected country in the world, based purely on the conquest of my peoples' tsarist forefathers, started yelling about other people giving up bits and pieces of themselves, then I'm sorry. In future, I shall try and express myself in monosyllabic words only.
As for representation, I am hurt that such senseless, badly researched, and completely unfounded claims as: "You have no non-russians in your parliament!", could come from what tries to pass as a sound government. The Duma is composed of representation according to population, so of course there are more Russians than there are other ethnic groups in the Duma. There are more Russians! But in any case, this is a silly argument. The people in almost all of the territories you listed, have lived under the rule of Moscow for over a hundred years at least! They are all people of Russia, regardless of ethnicity! My homeland was one of the few whose borders changed very little after the hundred-years war settlement. The people in these areas have had countless opportunities to rebel and leave, as my nation has been wracked by internal strife countless times, and has endured several different types of government, some worse than others. I assure you, the people of these ethnic groups have never been better off than under the democracy. Many of these would not survive as free nations anyway, simply for lack of resources in their heartland, rivalling tribes, etc! We brought peace and order to a fractured asian steppe, and we have no wish to see our work undone by the whimsy of other nations, as I'm sure the other nations do not wish to see themselves undone by people like me.
Yours, hurt and bewildered
Premier Romanov
To those who wish for a peaceful forum for discussion and solution between the world's nations
It seems as though the people of the world have lost faith in Russia, the gentle giant, who has not once since the end of the hundred-years war waged war on a sovereign state, and do not wish to see a Sovereign League of Nations territory within my lands. Although this saddens me greatly, I understand it. I may have stepped on many toes by coming with the criticism I came with, and therefore I see I must step down. Russia will give up land for the League if the rest of the world will allow us, but if not, I will give my whole-hearted support to the Greek suggestions, both the one about placing the HQ on Ibiza, and the one about a peace-keeping force. If everyone else votes aye, I will immediately set aside 450,000 rubles (50 gold) in this years' budget for the purpose, and will follow up the next two years with the remaining 450,000, in two installments of 225,00 each.
Humbly and regretfully yours
Premier Nicolay Alexandrovich Romanov
