named Ryan DeVries by the Michigan Department of Environmental
Quality, State of Michigan.

Wait till you read this guy's response.......but read the letter
before you get to the response........

I have a few things to say about this. The things i have to say are listed below.

That is the best "dam" thing I have seen in a while.

Dam  Dam, dam  :rotfl:  Dam, dam, dam, etc...

Wonderful. Incredible the man took his time to write such a humorous reply, I wonder how to face of the department guy looked like when receiving it?

It would have been even better if it had:

Michigan Department of Environmental
Quality lost their dam protection & permit handler to a heart attack.

Or something like it :)

Does anyone have access to the famous "Poor Planning" report? It involves a man with many varied injuries describing how he received them.
