Unhappy Penalty Bug

Funny thing I was thinking of attacking that other naval unit but was like hey what the hell unhappyness how? So I moused over my happiness and then went back to my ship to attack again and this error disappeared.

Just going to bump this. Here is my Lua log after that Korea game. My happiness was going up and down (mostly down) in strange ways. Maybe something in there to help you.

The second log is nearing the end.

There's nothing in that second one (at least that I can see). The first has the same sort of errors as here.

So we're at least seeing a probable common cause.
