Sacrificial Captives: 23
Ingenuity: 13
Phoenician Heritage: 20
Art of War: 25
Sun Never Sets: 22 (+1) As the hearty scores for Andean Road and Achemenid Legacy demonstrate, extra movement is a boon for any war.
Ancien Regime: 10 (-3) The early culture can help France become a behemoth, but instead of its relevance fading as the game goes, it actually just disappears.

Sacraficial captives is a very adaptable UA. It allows for a warfare driven utopia, or it allows the player to capitalize on the AI's over aggressiveness. It meshes perfectly with the jaguar warrior(allowing for quick and decisive X2 culture barbarian wars) and makes science producing Jungles more powerful.
Ingenuity has lost most of it's appeal with the nerfing of great scientists, and in all honesty you will get much more use out of nobel prize and scholars of the jade hall.

You didn't copy my post, Ancien regime is 10, sun never sets is 22.

Sorry, I started writing before you posted your comment, and posted slightly afterwards.

Scholars of the Jade Hall: I've already stressed my opinion of milking science whenever you can. I'll take extra science over most UA's any day. Science is the bull that pulls the cart: if you are strong/leading in science then everything else tends to be a lot easier.

Glory of Rome: It's a great UA, no doubt, but it's now reached the point where I don't have any true gripes with the remaining ones. I already micromanage too obsessively so forcing myself to build something in the capital first just to maximize the UA isn't something I like doing. True, most of the time your capital has the production advantage but having a UA revolving around production isn't appealing to me. Helpful, but I'll take a science/culture/economy/diplo one instead.

EDIT: looks like I was beat to the edit, but then I had to edit my edit because of snoopaloop pointing out the 24 hour rule
EDIT 2: added my vote for the day

Fixed. Sorry, I thought it was one day in date between votes, not 24 hours, Sorry about any confusion, it was completely unintentional.

I think we can give Prince a break here. I just realized that early morning for me is late for many people, so no reason to be too worried about it, I imagine, and it is once a day, if it is, in fact, like the other threads, not every 24 hours.

My votes, nothing too new. Phoenician Heritage reasoning is all about a good bonus early that carries on though the game, so long as the world is round. If you are playing on a map that is really all land, it isn't so good, but under any normal conditions...

Ingenuity is boring, yes, but what's more, unless you are going for domination, you're likely to have the friends to make Nobel Prize worth more long term, and while the early bonus is big, it still requires you to devote 1 pop to that science boost. Is it worth it? YES, but it does take a bit of shine from the idea of all that science early. Good, yeah, but not the best, and not even top 10.

Wait, what time zone are you on? Because in mine, my two posts where made at 8:13 pm october 20, and 9:19 Am october 21, which I think is was the source of the confusion here.

Usa west coast time, but whatever

I prefer immediate boredom to something that will be worth more, 3 games down the road.

dutch - super strong early start on single player, better than almost any other really, so much gold

carthage - don't like coastal empires - difficult to defend, etc etc

I love Sweden. I generally favor peaceful games and like being friendly with people. Sure being friends with everyone can eventually make enemies, but if you have good field awareness you should be fine. These friends increase the rate at the GP you can gift them to make even more friends. I had a game where all 7 other civs and 16 CS voted for me in the UN with relative ease and little cash thrown at them. So many opportunities, both early and late game.

The down-vote was a bit harder to come up with. I decided on Sacrificial Captives because, while that extra culture from early Barbs/war (especially with Honor) adds up, towards the end of the game it becomes rather minuscule. Not an awful UA, but doesn't really fit with my playstyle. As I said above, I like peace :)

Sun Never Sets: 23 +1 In G+K, naval warfare is dominant and it allows you to get into battle quickly or escape when need be.
Ancien Regime: 8 -2 this is the next to go. The only way to take the advantage is to have too many cities for the culture price to actually go up!

+The Glory of Rome: the production bonus is easy to get if you keep buying buildings in your capital.

-Ingenuity: earning scientist faster is good but not great and this UA seems worst in this list, IMO.
