two units missing from the game, yet were two of the most important in Europain history are the what I call:
napoleonic infantry
dragoons
If one of you great unit designers could help me out here, I would be very greatful.
Basically, they look like what we've come to expect from movies and paintings and such:
a few intresting (and I think valuable) pictures at
http://www.battle-of-waterloo.com/french_infantry.htm
same page, only brits:
http://www.battle-of-waterloo.com/british_infantry.htm
toy models can be viewed at:
http://www.upnaway.com/~obees/soldiers/napoleon.htm
a few more (French colors)
http://web2.iadfw.net/napoleon/homepage2.html
http://www.military-prints.com/william_b_wollen.htm
these are the best I could find. I guess the infantry is strait foward. The dragoons, well, it would be nice if the rider got down off the horse for the attack (as dragoons used the horses to get into battle, then dismounted to fight), but if that is too hard, then attacking mounted is good too.
thanks to anyone willing to help
