Units Requiring Governments???

Hi all! I decided to add Kinboat's Industrial Legionare figuring that it would make a great infantry unit for countries ruled by a facist government. With that reasoning, I only wanted Facist Governments to be able to build the unit.

I know that it is possible to do (I.E. Secret Police HQ), but there is no convienent pull down box for the Units tab, unlike the Improvements and Wonders tab. Does anyone know of any files I can edit, or something that I missed?

I believe its only for buildings. Workaround would be to have facism required to make a building that auto produces.
 
Thanks Hygro. That was kinda what I figured, but didn't know of there was a file (something like rules.ini; seen that in some games) that I could modify. Still a great unit though, so it's staying in the game.

Yup that's actually where I've got it. Which doesn't work out too bad, since Facism is an optional tech off of an optional tech (Nationalism, if memory serves; it's late and Rhapsody is blasting through the head-phones). That pretty much means that anybody who wants facism will end up with the infantry. So yeah, great idea!
