when u download scenarios sometimes the units file is in BMP format and when u paste them into the civ folder the game still uses the original units. what dod u do to change this?

For a start the units file needs to be .gif format (ie: units.gif, not units.bmp)

Youcan't use any GIF format either. Paint Shop Pro is all right, Ms Paint isn't. Maybe you should try in the Scenario Creation forum, they probably have a better answer to your question

The units file should only be in bmp format if it's for ToT. Make sure you're grabbing the right scenarios
