Thank U Insurgent- I had these somewhere, never made it into any of my scenarios- but I put them into my home version of Crisis of New World Order ... Yeah, sure I can- by when do you need them- cuz I am quite busy at the moment with UNI stuff ???

through the next week I intend to build the Suez Crisis scenario, then the week after, the Six Day War, then, the week afterwards, the Yom Kippur War, and then, finally, the Invasion of Lebanon, where I will need the Merkava unit. So I'm not in a hurry. The IDF Infantry unit will be needed before I publish the scenarios, that's all.
So you've got several weeks, I'm just glad someone finally agreed to make them... (I'm completely useless at it myself)...

I'm not sure how to go about this, but does anyone do commissions?

I could use an unit icon of Jaafar Pasha, a Turk leader with the Senussi in 1915-16. He was captured, switched sides, and a year later was leading Arabs in the Hejaz around Medina. Postwar, he became the first prime minister of Iraq (and the first to be Assassinated).

A small image of him should be attached. Brother of a Ottoman leader, he was apparently very charismatic, mustachioed, and somewhat corpulent.

I'm hoping for a standing figure holding a cane and wearing a Western style khaki military uniform that passes for either Turk or Arab/British. The fez or a Liman von Sanders helmet is greatly preferred over the IDF mushroom chapeau.

Thanks, Case. Your minute saved me...well I won't admit how long. I can't seem to find the Turk soldier in my downloaded collection. It's there, I'll bet, but it'd take me a while to find it.

CurtSibling, keep posting nonunit icons! Worked on any 20th century citizens (People.GIF)? If others think this isn't the right thread, then start a new one. Do you have an icon of the full wavy Union Jack with nothing on it?

BTW, could any of those monster tanks fit over European bridges?

Here are some selected peoples from various scenarios by myself.
Some are edited from the works of the good captain nemo,
some are unchanged.

Also I have included a UK flag, again created by the big N.

The super-heavy tanks of the Third Reich would probably be used
for static defence...mobility was almost non-existant for these babies!
