Recognise it? Its a really mutated version of our old friend the default phalanx, pretty much unrecognisable now though. It doesn't really look good, but I was pretty pleased with the helmet.

I stole the sheild from another unit, becuase the sheild I did looked naff (I stuck the guys sig on their though, just to be fair).

I would like to make one but i have a few problems
1: all of my units are high res, i prefer to rip them from pictures where there is an isometric view of the ship/unit, and there aren't enough existing babylon 5 units that i can revamp

2:i lack time, i am playing with large projects, Clash of the monarchs, Mikana and the Mars war of independace,

3: i suck at making names techs up, and i would need a lot of different techs to cover six or seven races, and making the disition of which races to include and giving them their civ-specific units is tedious,

4: i am a perfectionist, paired with reason #3, this will really slow me down,

bottom line, i probably will eventually, but not until i finish my first batch of scenarios, then i can dedicate all of my avalible time to making a truely kick*** scenario/modpack that the amazing babylon 5 sieres deserves

Hint, all of my star trek, babylon 5, battlestar galactica and other sci-fi units are high res, proof that if you find the right pictures and reduce and clean up properly you can get very good results, just look at the hyperion, isometric high res, of course finding good pictures to take them from can be tricky, i was lucky to find a picture with most of the star trek ships in isometric view with a consistent black background that i could rip from, thats where i got most of my star trek units,

lol I had a great collection of Robotech pics before my PC crushed. I'm now collecting one for Babylon. If you can post a sample here that would be great. Maybe I have the ones you are talking about...
