Unlimmited respawn

Is there a way to change the values of the game, so the respawning of the first 100 turns becomes permant throughout the game?

Is your question whether it's possible to cause eliminated factions to respawn after the first 100 moves?

yes it is. I want them restart the entire game through, instead of being eliminated Is it possible?

I'll think about this and get back to you. My guess is that there's a limit on respawning because later in the game there might not be any available locations.

...For very many years, I actually thought it was an available land limit, not noticing the 100 turns - unclaimed land's generally very scarce by then...

I am pretty sure it's about 100 turns. I always play on the biggest maps, so they are only filled out very late in the game
