The question in this is, are we better than the other teams in choosing the best combination.
If we answer yes, then we should vote for unrestricted leaders.
I 've no experience with it, so I would vote no.

I think we would have been better than (or equal to) the other teams in making a pick. Hannibal of Egypt or Hannibal of Ethiopia would be two of the strongest combinations, IMHO.

But it doesn't matter anyway, because the other teams have voted against this, so we'll be playing with the regular civs/leaders.
