Why are there so many submissions by strange people?

Because guys from our camp are sifting the S-Leage Forum continuously and everytime someone asks why they can't post their scenario, civfanatics.com is suggested as the best place to submit the scenario.

Just to clarify, I meant the guy who wrote the United Irishmen, don't know if he is Irish or not. But having seen all the previous posts, I guess it wasn't you. Since you have admitted to getting Nemo over - point made.
