Upsetting BTS Crash

I installed BTS, and when I try to load it up it tells me that it has encountered an error and must close. This happens when it initializes audio. I've called tech support a few times, they can't seem to help... Civ4 and Warlords worked fine, I really wish this would...

Any thing I can tell you guys to help you help me let me know....
