Using a mouse in Window Mode

I may be missing something, but is it possible to use a mouse in window mode? I can't seem to find the function to turn it off or on. If there is even a option for that. Any thoughts?

I have no problems using a mouse while running the game in windowed mode. As far as I know, there is no option or .ini line which needs to be changed.

Are you saying that you can't use your mouse at all while Civ is loaded?

You probably search this, disabled by default.

I don't remember turning that on, but it's possible. I would have done it ages ago.

It's be in the civilization.ini file, if you go looking for it, punchandpie.

In fact, I just checked, and I don't have it turned on.
