A simple tiny game, just saved, won't load. The icon keeps turning forever during Init Graphics.
After a time, another bug, apparently still unaddressed, takes over: the windows account overview screen appears on top of the desktop (as it normally does after a spell of inactivity), but the icons on it get no focus because Civ4 keeps claiming it, so I can't return to the desktop.
And once again I have to reboot.
The initial game usually ran just fine, but so far the patches have only created problems for me, while solving nothing.
