v1.61 bug: Spiral Minaret doesn't produce gold for religious buildings

As far as I can tell, the Spiral Minaret doesn't actually produce the gold for religious buildings that it is supposed to. If you look in the city where the Spiral Minaret (SM) has been built, it shows the SM producing culture but not gold.

Am I missing something? Does the gold show up somewhere else?

The gold shows up at the religious buildings themselves, not the Spiral Minaret.
