Apologies if this has been answered elsewhere; I tried searching but with no luck.
So I am playing a game with the version stated in the subject. I reached Civil Engineering and I started building a tunnel. With surprise I found out I can only build on coast and sea. IIRC, this was not stated in the description for Civil Engineering. So I searched the civilopedia. I saw a note at the very end of the Sea Tunnels page that in V37 there might be more technologies needed to build tunnels in oceans and trenches. So I tried to look ahead in the tech tree but I couldn't find anything. Could anyone be so kind to tell me what tech(s) I should go for to extend the tunnels into oceans?

EDIT: Okay, I found it by myself: Deep Sea Exploration, at least for Tropical Sea. Thanks anyway, I'll just be more careful...
