Hi, me and a friend would like to start a PBEM with Monarch level AI.
My email server doesn't work with Civ4, so we send the files manually.
We are not in any hurry to finish our games, we just play when we can; usually no more than 3 turns a week dependant on how busy work or life is; but we do finish.
