I've already posted this in the Graphics Modpack subforum, but since it is more a utility than a real leaderhead, I guess it also fits here.
I've created a leaderhead file set that displays a static image as leaderhead, but the image changes when normally a different animation would be triggered for an animated leaderhead. See below for some in-game images.
Of course the used static images can be replaced with own stuff.

I hope these files help people without the skills, ambition and/or time to created 3D art to have some more fun creating their static leaderheads.
