Yeah, a lot of forums do that, often as a replacement for (for minor stuff, I guess) or in addition to (for major stuff, I guess) getting banned.

As you can see there, Portuguese has few posts (3 at the moment) and is registered more to walk arround and learn something for HOMM4 game, in which I'm get more and more interested.
