Charles you really shouldn't write other characters words for them.

I know he had said its fine as long as it was within an hour. Through this you can write it without having to get back another round of conversation.

eg:

"Oh yeah, thats fine. It lies to the East for a 15 minute's walk or quicker if I run. There a valley we commonly use to hunt. I'll take one of your Miltita member's with me to ensure we get there safe."

Li Chuan walked and a member of the Miltia, wearing a short sword, a Round Shield and Scale Armour followed. As they walked Li Chuan asked, "You, please tell me your name."


I know its only a small thing, but it avoids you putting words in someone elses mouth? Ok?
 
Aiken looked up, warfare wasn't really his thing.. but making something positive out of a bad situation was. A five minute run might well do him some good...


"Hey, Li, wait up, i'll come with you guys"


Aik set off at a pace, leaving the captain looking a little bemused.
 
As you walk through the village you see the milita members everywhere trying to co-ondinate the civilians. As you approch the gate you see a fight between two milita memebers and some of the more unsavoury people in the villiage who don't want to help. The milita are trying there best to not harm the thugs but they could use a hand as the fight is getting worse by the minute. They call out for you to help them and as they do one of the milita members is stabbed in the stomach. His chainmail shirt failed to stop the knife. Your milita member rushes to help. What do you do?

I will try to help them.


I have a small, if vicious dagger, a wolfskin cloak, and a bag of coins [i'll buy stuff later]

I will try to stab one of the thugs before much as happened, then use my general background of the streets to fight dirty. Lots of running about, kicking, fighting and generally being a nusence.
 
I will shoot him with my bow.

Then, I will use magic to make it hit his left shoulder blade hard enough to stop him.
 
The thug you stabbed turned at the wrong moment. You got him in the eye and he crumples dead. His brains and eye have splattered on you and cover your dagger. The other thugs bellow with rage when they see their comrade fall. You then procede to spend two minutes running around trying to get them off your tail. Finally they start to go for the milita again.

Khyrdin carries a short sword and a shortbow. He wears leather armour, reinforced with many small metal rivets. He does not carry any shield. He also has a backpack, and in it he carries flint and steel, 30 Dari(GP), and 10 Sari(SP). Underneath his armour, Khyrdin wears simple brown clothes. He also has a broken necklace that is a symbol of his exile from his community.

It is early autumm and it is a sightly chilly but otherwise pleasent day. The climate is temperate.

OOC: Alright, just wondering.

IC: I come back to the tavern, after leaving for a few minutes to relieve myself. I notice that everyone's left, but then I hear some noise going on down the street, and I start jogging over there.
 
One of the arrows misses the other two strike their marks and kill one thug as it hits his heart pircing his leather armour as though it wasn't there. The other arrow badly injures a different thug as it hits his shoulder and cripples it for life. Some of the thugs begin to ready their own bows protected by their comrades. Four thugs remain alive.
 
The milita man is badly wounded and groans when you move him. After a few meters he passes out. You can see some rings of chainmail in the wound but sadly the thug freed his dagger so the wound is bleeding badly soon you are covered in blood. He has his armour, his short sword and he also has some pouches on his belt which maybe worth looking through to find herbs. It is obvious that you need to stop the bleeding and soon. One of the milita members manages to kill a thug he is wounded lightly on the arm in the process.

Khyrdin jogs along and soon hears clearly a fight is going on. He hears the voices of Aiken and Lin clearly. He also hears the groans of the dying and the wounded. Will he jog on?
 
I hear groans of the wounded and dying, and so I stop to draw my short sword and run as fast as I can towards the sounds.
 
I take the pouches to ensure they do not get blood on them, ripping off the milita mans sleves i try to plug the hole.. i drag him off some more to get away from it all and away from prying eyes...
 
As Khyrdin rounds a corner he bumps into Aiken with a wounded milita man. The milita man is badly wounded and in need of help. Aiken has tried to bandage the wound but it does not help much. Clearly he needs a significant amount of preussre on the wound to stop the bleeding. Aiken is holding the man's belt pouchs. You been to call on the natural powers of the elves.

OOC: Pick a type of elf Wood elf, High elf, a Gray or Untora elf. There are three other subraces of elves: Dark elf, Midnight elf and Light elf. Dark elf does not fit your backstory and the other two are not avalible to players for now. Maybe later if certain conditions are met.
 
OOC: High Elf, exiled for lycanthropy, but the others don't know that yet IC.

IC: I will attempt to help Aiken with the wounded militia man. I will help put pressure onto the wound and try to heal him with the elves natural healing powers.((I think:p)) While doing this I'm asking him what's going on.
 
Well guessed. Yes high elves have natural healing abilities along with true sight (when used it allows you to see the true form of things and to see through some of the barriers betwen the material world and some of the closer worlds. Can also be used to detet magic.) Also you have the power of light (you can summon a harmless (normally) ball of light for a short time). All these abilities use the rules of magic so they will tire you.

IC: Khyrdin uses his races natural healing abilities. He succedes to some extent as the wound is now clotting and has stopped bleeding. The effort makes his brow break out into a cold sweat and he is now dizzy with effort.
