I was looking in OT, and I came upon a closed thread. I am showing this not because of what the thread is about but the number of votes. Do we have that manny members? Certainly not active OT ones. Is this a glitch, or a mod's power is being used here?

Because a moderator edited the poll.

So a mod could (in theory) tip a p[oll their own way (not that I'm saying anyone would :mischief:.).

hehe, nonconf, yes, they could.....

and they do (but obviously so) when there's a poll like 'are the mods nice guys' ;)

Yes, I remember one such poll a few years back. ;)

I remember that one too!

There's a lot of things around here that we can do, non-con, that we don't. Like, say, changing sigs.... ;)

Edit: That would have been funnier if he hadn't already changed his sig.:(

Would a mod ever change a sig to prove a point on a non related moderating issue?

What were you gonna try? :twitch:
I'll have you demodittorised! :joke: :)

:p Really?

Do you mods not have the 10 character limit? I've seen a lot of mods bypassing it.

But Col just bypassed the limit so has it changed for mods or is Col using the trick for getting around the limit?

Everyone, including mods (with the possible exception of TF) is subject to the ten character limit. Perhaps you need to look at those posts again....

There would be no 'try'....;)

Col's post has an extra line of spaces at the bottom... But I've tries and that doesn't work. I've highlighted it and no white dots were found.

Try using both hands. There are ten characters :p
