I have 3 fans inside. Two blow in and one blows out. I opened my case today, put my hand on the GF and it burned my hand. Is that normal? Do I need more cooling power? If I don't do anything what are the risks of my GF to get fried?

You better get your video card cooled as much as possible or risk overheating your video card to cause it to warp or get destroyed leaving you with the BSOD.

Vid cards can easily reach temps in the upper 70s (C) without actually being in any trouble. It's impossible to say without knowing actual temps.

I actually just had my vid card replaced and thats w/ only 1 fan. I say 3 fans is just enough

Video cards do get awfully hot. I wouldn't worry too much about it, unless/until it starts to display artefacts. It probably a good idea to clean the fan once in a while. If nothing else, it'll provide a noise reduction.

Im actually starting to worry as all my games crash after a few mins of play time.

video cards do get hot, but there isn't really a problem until they reach about 65-70 Celsius. If you're not overclocking it then it shouldn't be a problem if all the fans are working and vents unblocked.
