Vikings in the east.

Would anybody be interested in a scenario about the viking expansion in the east?

Whereas the Danes and Norse vikings went westwards, the swedish vikings went east into what was to be Russia. They founded the Kiev dynasty and looted as far as Constantinople, among many other things.

I've allwasy wanted to do a scen about this, but I need to know if anyone would play it. It would involve longships sailing along the russian rivers, fighting, looting and pillaging, but also extensive trading.

So what do you think?

Seriously, though, non-WW2/Napoleon scenarios are always appreciated. If you think you can do a good job, do it!

Yes, I have in fact started to work on it. I will post a screenshot as soon as possible, so you people can see what it will look like.

I could use some help also. Mainly I need help with some ideas what to include in the scenario.
I will take requests about units, civs, events and stuff. So if you have something you think should be in the scn, post it here.

I'm not quite sure as to what should be the goal of the scenario, actually. But I'll probably come up with something.

About events....
1) If the map permits it, maby some thing about the two times that Vikings atemted to capture Miklagård (Constantinopel).

2) Some thing about the contacts with the arabs.

3) The struggle to unite the 3 krowns of "sweden" (Svealand, Värtra (west) götaland and Östra (east) götaland), quit late in the game.
