Although it was not the work of one man, I think that the Apartheid was as dictatorial and repressive as they come in terms of legal, politlcal, social and economical alienation. I just can't beleive it went on up until 1994. Therefore, they certainly won't get my vote as my "favorite" dictatorship. I voted for Bill Gates, because I think that he's the only figure to appear not being a head of state!
