I liked that start too... I think Hatty is my favorite warmonger, though my last two random SP games were with her (curse you "random" 1/650 chance!)

I had a feeling Hatty would come up. It seems whenever I do random, she appears more frequently than any other.

I usually would say go to the plain hill, but I think settling in place is the way to go for this one. I would move the warrior east before deciding.

You know we could always divide the teams based on who wanted to settle where. Well, maybe that isn't such a good idea since it might not be an even 5 and 5.

I think Maquis might've been trying spell out a secret message, since he's missing the 'r' in my name and transposed the 'ia' in namliaM. Let's see ... r ... b ... a ... i ... is it Cosmichill or Cosmichail? If it's the latter, that would be an 'a' as part of the message as well.

EDIT: It is Cosmichail, so that's another letter.

Its not the cities in nowhere land that get my goat. Its the ones parked right next to otherwise perfectly optimal cities by a less then intelligent AI AND the players that choose to keep aformentioned garbage dumps.

the SGOTM finished up today (Dilpo win! woohoo!!!) so let's get things started!

Let's refrain from lurking in each other's threads for the first 60 turns or so... Just until there's been some decent exploration.


It will be intersting to see how/if the AI makes different decisions on each game...
