Warlords: New civilization requests

Hi all.

If any mod-makers have any spare time I would appreciate if anyone can make these civilizations for Warlords (complete with animated leaderheads, uu, unique building, flag, city list)

- Portugal
- Siam
- Vietnam
- Netherlands (Edit: one already made for Warlords)
