What aspect of game ( science, building, trade, expansion etc.) you can ignore the most in order to manage the faster conquer?

What exactly does Warmonger even mean...?

Well anyway, I don't think it a good idea to ignore any aspect of the game otherwise you lose great advantages you might not even see coming, but to slow down one aspect at a certain stage and bring it back up to speed at another may be the key...

It all depends on what is around you and what the best option is for you when you know what you have or don't have... It's just a go as the game builds up and then decide what is best to do, not exactly something you can plan out if you don't know what is going on.

Example being this: You find that most of the other civilizations are located right on top of you during start and lets just say you have a early stash of iron while others might not be so lucky... So then you might ignore everything else and build a large army and destroy your foes. However, if your resources are nothing, then you might decide it best to only build a defense while expanding and working on science and trade, etc. So it all depends on where you stand in your games before you can make the right decisions...

Warmongers-Civ players who constantly wage war throughout their games

None. You need all of them to have the best, biggest, happiest fighting force.

to me, if i am to fight a war, science must follow along and then followed by happiness so that my cities are producing units.

one thing that i find it funny in civ3, how come the tech pace is slowed down during war time? i thought most of the advancement we had now were discovered during war time?!

Good point, ...when the Germans declared World War 2, they had managed to produce the mighty panzer tanks and every good bombers. The English engineered the spite fighter and America produce the marine, which lend to Amphibious assults. I too wonder my war slows down the tech race.
