What is this poll about? The way to mobilise an army is to ramp up production and produce fast units if you can.
The method of moving your army about is dependant on roads for land and boats for water. I don't even know what 'Terrain Bonus Moves' means.
What are you trying to acheive with this thread?If you post a vague poll on a complex issue with inadequate options, you will not get very much constructive feedback. If you explain what it is that you want, people will be able to help better.
The issue of mobility has been discussed in the strategy forum at great length. Try reading up there if you want to know how people fight wars...

Again I say, Stop posting polls and threads in the strategy forum that make you look like a Hayseed idiot and spend some time reading the hundreds of articles and threads that already exist.
You are welcome here and can learn a lot, but dragging yourself through the mundane basics and trying to reinvent the wheel will leave you frustrated and ticked off.
Look at the GOTM results pages to find the names of players that regularly play good games and then read strategy articles or search for their comments. Asking for halfbaked advice and halfbaked poll results from the general populace will not get you any better answers thatn you could craft on your own with a six pack of beer and a concussion.

The question was:
'What is your favorite quickly mobilizing your armies?'
As I said before, I don't understand the question. If you want to know how to mobilise an army, I have given my thoughts. If the question is something else you will have to be more explicit.
I don't mean to be rude. I simply think it is unclear what you are asking. I believe you will get better responses with more specific questions and better poll options.
