Question marks about Gattuso's disallowed goal, would have been difficult to save. Both sides down to 10 men in what has been an entertaining match. I think the US should be a little annoyed to not be ahead in the match with plenty of attacking movement but then again Italy have had some good chances.

Crapat, I mean Trapattoni seems to have visited the italian camp last night and took over the team... They looked fine against Ghana, and today since the beggining of the game it looked like Trapattoni revisited. But now, with the stupid foul of Mastroeni, the USA lost that precious one man advantage, and this should be a cracker of a 2nd half. At least I hope so...

I had been truly impressed with the officiating up to this point. Maybe a little fast on the cards, but not too bad. However, I have really been disappointed in this game. Gattuso scored, Pope didn't deserve a yellow, Mastroeni didn't deserve a red card, Onyewu did deserve a yellow.

Is Bruce Arena stupid or something? Why didn´t he take Pope out of game during halftime? Even in the first half Pope fouled again after his warning - The referee don´t have an alternative after this... Arenas fault
