I'd love to know who the Celts are supposed to be with Gauls and Britons as separate civs.

From context, I assume it's meant to be the Celtiberian peoples? I would argue that three different celtic groups is perhaps giving too much focus to western Europe, but maybe I just don't understand how the Celtiberian groups are much more meaningful to represent than all of India put together

I'd love to see the Celtiberians as an IP, but Gaul will do quite nicely for Antiquity Celtic civs (and even then they can wait a bit).

First, it is just a list for original game before any expansions.

Second, I want to talk about the non-linear civ list and what actually we'll get in game by evidences. Rather than civ wishlists.
