Weird mages guild graphics

I'm running Orbis and the City Style mod. In my game, Mage's guilds and the Catacomb Libralus are both white models- one of a tower, the other of a cathedral. Both are different from the normal FFH graphics. It's kind of annoying to look at. Is this a problem with Orbis or the City Style mod? I'm assuming Orbis, since, as I said, the graphics are normal for both in standard FFH.

EDIT: Looks like the same goes for the Lanun Palace.

As far as I know it's intentional. I assume Ahwaric prefers that look, I know I do. If you want to change it you'll need to change stuff in the XML files, no idea what, though.
