Weird main menu

After installing the 1.15b my C3C main menu looks like this:

I tried both the only english and the full patch.

I play with the us version of civ III and the multilanguage version (installed in english) of C3C. I don't read about this on the board. Has someone experienced the same?

Notice: everyt option text is moved two up. The blue option actually is 'Load Save'

I think you have to install the patch with the same language, otherwise, it'll mess things up.

The problem is already solved.
The problem was not the wrong langague. I tried the english patch, since i use only english installs, but somehow the labals.txt were wrong. Two lines are missing which should hold the seed code label. Thats why everything was something dearranged.
Also i tried to use the full patch (20MB), but then the labals.txt and some other ingame text appered in german. At least i this way i could compare the english labals.txt and the germen labals.txt and found were the two labels were missing.
Still weird, i never installed civ and C3C in something othen than english. Was really shocked be some of the translations. Thats why i dont use them...

See what happens when you play DyP (RaR for PTW) on conquests. 8)
The traits are messed up and all the civilpedia stuff replaces all the stuff and if you go back to the main menu you get all the unhappiness reasons you get when yu click an unhappy person.
There's a new/secret one. It goes something like this:

"I dont know why i'm unhappy"

Choose the option kingo killed in date 2! Damn killer second dates. Guess his date REALLY didn't want a third date. Maybe it was revenge for capturing a princess during the first date.
