Weird! See Screenshot

OK, this may either be a weird one or blindingly obvious. Either way, poor n00b me is stuck and needs help! See screenshot below. I'm running on Windows Vista Home Premium. Using a PackardBell Laptop with Intel Core2 Duo Processor and SiS Mirage 3+. I'm using Civilization IV Complete Edition, which includes Beyond The Sword and Warlords. I can just about start a game and the figures seem to move relatively OK? I've also turned off and on anti-aliasing in the .ini file and it didn't make a difference. I've tried to uninstall ByS and Warlords and just run it on it's own. I've also loaded the Warlords and ByS and STILL nothing. Is it just a case of low system requirements on my part or something completely different?

Here's your problem. Get a better card or wait until SiS learns how to make non-crappy Vista drivers
