Weird Shadows post patch

I updated to the Fall patch and now my game has these weird squiggly lines when I zoom in. I am not playing with Directx 12, I tried that and it does the same thing. I have a GTX 1080 video card so I don't think that is the issue.

Wasn't doing this before the patch? Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Try nvidia driver 375.86, solved it for me.
