Being a peaceful nation we do not need many troops. Though we have built a few as worries of the war spilling over this way excite the Emperors advisors. Mostly though we build libraries and such like civil buildings for the use of our people and our people being happy with their lot do not complain. Mostly the few troops we have play sports to keep fit and carry out other civic duties. signed The
