Unique Ability: Hermit Kingdom. Cities captured by enemies revolt longer and cities captured by Korea revolt less (+/-25% respectively). Libraries and Universities give additional +25 Science top of their normal effects.

+25 :c5science: from Libraries and Universities? That's a 12.5 pop city with a normal Library!

Belgium:
UA: Colonial masters, +1 :c5angry: per city on a different continent. Double resources on different continents.

or

UA: Industrial Revolution: Double Coal resources and +1 production for each. 10% production in all cities.

also

:mischief:UB: waffle house: +1 happiness for every waffle rescources in the city. (jk, jk)

Huh, my mistake. I should learn not to try mix UA's too much! :crazyeye:

Your idea for the Korean UA was perfectly fine. When I next time update the post, I'll change it to yours. Sorry for not doing that in the first place.
Korea
UU: Geom Swordsman (Swordsman): +25% :c5strength: against Melee and Ranged units.
UB: Juche Tower (Broadcast Tower): Available earlier at Electricity. -20% :c5unhappy: Unhappiness from Citizens and +20% Military :c5production: unit and building production in the city.
UA: Strategic Resources yield +2 :c5culture: Culture. Cities captured by enemies revolt longer and cities captured by Korea revolt less (+/-25% respectively).
Start Bias: Hybrid (flat and rough)

Tried to get a mix of Koreas from different times.

Really like the Juche Tower idea :)

I had some suggestions in another thread, I guess I'll post them here:

Goths:
Leader: Theodric the Great
UA: ??
UU: Gadrauhts (replaces swordsman)(I'ts hard to find Gothic soldiers on the webs, i found this on wikipedia)
UU2/UB/UI: ?? I'm hesistant to include Huscarls, though being Gothic units in Age of Empires II, they are in reality Scandinavian. A unique building or a unique improvement would be the best, in my opinion.
(Western Graphics)

Swedes:
Leader: Gustav II Adolf
UA: Dunno, maybe something related to the Swedish allotment system or the Scandinavian Economic Model.
UU1: Carolinean (replaces musketman or rifleman)
UU2: Hakkapeliitta (lesser movement cost on forested tiles) (replaces what ever cavalry unit happens to be in the appropriate era (around 1600-1700))
(Western Graphics)

Mapuche:
Leader: Lautaro or Colocolo
UA: .....
UU: Malón, cavalry unit, designed for raids (replace Cavalry)
UU2: Toqui, replaces Great General, will increase speed of nearby cavalry, along with the combat boosts of a normal Great General. Also, it is a lot faster than normal GG's
(Native American Graphics)

Malagasy (Madagascar):
Leader: Radama I
UA: Natural Beauty: Forests and Jungles grant extra gold
UU:
UB: Rova; Replace Castles
(Polynesian Graphics)

Might i also suggest that in the Scramble for Africa-scenario dlc Kongo is included

Really like the Juche Tower idea :)

Noo, I just wondered why an Ancient era building would give 25 Science

The things I don't like in my Korea is that the Juche Tower comes a lot earlier than historically (just to make it useful), the Swordsman is bland and the trait itself looks underpowered (or not?)

You could "buff" it if you feel so.

Edit: Also, my opinion on Kushan's UA: Maintenance free roads + GM buff is a bit too powerful when compared to the UA's of Incans and Iroquois.

Thanks Pouakai, its show that u have improved new topic according situation, and many more changing and also upgrade.

I don't want Finland, Austria, Hungary, Poland, Ukraine, Czech Republic, Brazil, or Canada.

Try to not "repeat" similar cultures. For example, we don't need the Holy Roman Empire when they are represented by Germany's Landscnekt unit.

Ummm. why not Austria, Hungary, Poland, Ukraine, Czech republic, Brazil or Canada? (ok maybe we don't need canada) just becuase you don't think a civ is important/ haven't heard about their empire doesn't mean they weren't important. Austria had a huge empire, hungary kept the ottomans from taking over europe, poland had a huge empire and saved europe from the ottomans, ukraine has the kievan rus and some other stuff... and Czech Republic could be part of germany... but germany is really prussia in this game and czech republic is bohemia (kinda).

anyway, suggestion: Almoravides empire (instead of moors, because the moors are not an empire) because most people use Songhai as the "moors" from morocco. dunno about uus or anything.

Also, the CCCP (USSR for those of you who dont know) was not a single entity, and was mainly comprised of the Russian SFSR, which is already represented by Russia. The other states were separate countries, however the USA lobbed them all together as "the Commies". therefore, any idea for a Soviet Union civ is just plain Wrong.

OK guys, I'm in the progress of a massive update of the OP, which changes layout, adds in all posts from post #360 onwards, including new civs and links, and new UC ideas from the posts. So please bear with me, as this is a huge update.

Alright, then we might as well add a bunch of other smaller empires. Lets say we add Kievan Rus, Chola, Banlga, Maharashtra, Kandy, Morroco, Khmer, and Byzantine.

Chola:
UA: Temple builders: Build cultural buildings 50% faster. Cultural buildings are 50% cheaper.
UB: Unamed: (replaces temple): 6 :c5culture: , 1 :c5culture: for every 5 :c5citizen:, 1 :c5culture: for every marble and stone

the byzantine empire was not small, i think under justinian or constantine (or both) they were bigger than the original roman empire. what is kievan rus? i think rus were viking raiders in russia while the vikings were raiding all of europe.

The Byzantines were never bigger than the original Roman empire at its height. They were indeed small compared to many other civs in the game and in real life.

actually its a 50 pop city with an normal library. Ever 2 :c5citizen: gives 1 :c5science:

"Byzantium
Leader: Either Alexis or Basil the Bulgar Slayer
Unique Unit: Cataphract (Knight with bonuses against melee units)
Unique Building: Basilica (replace Monastery, give happiness and cultural bonuses without need for wine or incense)
Unique Ability: Code of Justinian (Maintenance free Courthouses in every conquered city)."

what about justinian or constantine for the leader?? and i think that the cataphract should just have no penalty against cities (reflective of the byzantines reconquering the old roman empire even if for a short time)

they were small for a while (particularly after the arabs took over all of persia and a lot of the non anatolian middle east) but they started as the eastern roman empire and they were around for like 1,200 years (first as the eastern roman empire then as the byzantine empire) and were a major trading and military power most of that time
