I am biased for the Hittite, Sumeria, Babylon triangle ever since it was in civ 3.

I would prefer Myannmar/Burma to Vietnam but I am not picky.

And since it is a wanted list I will throw Judea a bone since it is not going to happen.

I voted Babylon, Hittites, Judah, and Other--Assyria and Sogdia. Well, and Elam, but its chances aren't much higher than Judah's simply because, despite its enormous importance, it's relatively unknown to layfolk and overlaps heavily with Persia.

Vietnam is pretty much a guarantee at this point so I didn't vote for it.

Burma and Oman are really great regional/cultural space-fillers and I think really should be in VI if development goes on long enough. As far as Babylon, Philippines (Tondo), Siam (Bangkok), Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur), Israel (Jerusalem), these all feel much better as city-states.

I gave my remaining votes to Tibet and Sakha. While I would be happy with Lhasa and Yakutsk city-states, I also think that if we can have large sprawls like America and Canada subdivided by civs like the Cree or the Sioux/Shoshone, then there really isn't much reason why Russia and especially China deserve to represent so much territory. The only reason we don't have a Tibetan or Siberian civ is because of politics, but absent that I would absolutely advocate for representing some of the cultural diversity encompassed by larger nations. And, while it can be disputed to what extent Siberia/Sakha contained any actual empires, the exclusion of Tibet just really sucks.

Also, shoutout to @Thenewwwguy because if China should have Tibet and Russia should have Sakha, then the Indian subcontinent could absolutely stand to have a Chola civ.

voted for Burma, Babylon, Hittites, Tibet but this was a really unfair question bcs so many of these choices are extremely valid civs which I’d love to see. Vietnam, Ainu or Sakha (both are part of the same overarching culture group so maybe not both but one of them), Oman are civs I would’ve chosen had I had more selection options

In terms of other, i didn’t select it, but my number 1 civ request overall, but in Asia especially, are the Chola, as @PhoenicianGold mentioned. I’d also vote for the Sogdians, Kush ites, Mughals, Jurchen, Timurids, Afghans, Ghaznavids, Lan Xang, Champa, Elam and Mitanni, but those weren’t options lol
