What Emulators should I use

So I'm trying to find emulators for all of these consoles:

• NES
• Arcade
• Sega Genesis
• PlayStation 1

Which ones should I use?

If it's of any importance, I use a Vista (unfortunately.)

For NES, use this site. It's online and requires no downloading. The only problem is that its not complete and saving is a hassle.

For the others, I don't really know.

That's not what I'm asking for. What I want is something I can download onto my computer.
