Yeah, perfection is correct. What this equation is really showing is that the summation from i=1 to i=N of 0 (thus, 0) is equal to n. So it's pretty much a normal equation with a overly complex 0. Unless you want to say that sigma followed by nothing implies a 1, which still is just a basic equation.
