What is the actual No Quitters group to join?

Hi I'm looking for some good multiplayer games and there seem to be multiple "No Quitters" groups on Steam, so I'm wondering which one is the actual group to join.

Occasionally I get some solid games going but it's frustrating when, for example, the host forward settles you and then immediately kicks you from the game when you DoW him and he knows he can't defend it .
