What is the Best PCI card?

What is the best pci card not pci express just pci. My dell doesnt have any good slots all i'm stuck with is pci and i want to play this game what is the best posible card i can buy for my computer.

Well you would have to travel back in time to get one of those (Pci). I asume that you need AGP-slotted graphic card.
I bought mine Ati radeon 9600pro few months ago, just before it was pulled out from stores.
So far so good.

If you really mean PCI and not AGP, then you're in for some serious pain when you try to run this game. No matter what you get, playing Civ 4 is gonna be really painful, so I don't know what to tell you.
