What is the best Ultimate Building?

I would imagine there will be a lot of opinions on this, and will depend a lot on how people play the game.

in my opinion the best ultimate buildings are the early ones (you have them longer!) and the Ottoman aqueduct is superb with +2 bonus along with the standard +2 health.

Anyways, Forum is very nice with the +25% Brith Rate

Certainly the Zulu barrack should be up there, along with the +2 happiness aqueduct, +2 culture granery and the +10 knowledge university.

The terrace giving +2 culture effectively give the Incan's 3 traits by adding the creative bonus to their actual two. With them being financial pottery should be a tech that you aim for early to allow cottages anyway.
