I like RPGs, so the Dragon Warrior(/Quest) (probably a dead series now), Final Fantasy series are my favorites. For PC games, I like the Might and Magic/Heros of Might and Magic series. (I borrow them from my cousin).

Best tactics ever. Real tactics must be used, no stupid "rushes".
It is the best becasue it combines the excitement of RTS's with the strategy of turn-based. RTS's have no strategy and turn-based have no action, so this is the best ever.
In case you didn't know, it is a game where you command a number of tanks, infantry, and others, giving commands on what to do for the next minute of battle. Very detailed commands, not just move and attack. Then it plays the results. Then you do it again. It is awesome. Yuo decide how far it moves, what ot do if it sees an enemy, orders to proceed if unit A beats the enemy, but to withdraw if not successful, and many many more. It is incredibly deep, and multi is excellent, because you have a timer to make your moves, and it is extremely fast-paced and competitive, or you can lengthen it and have the best strategist win.

I'd say Europa-Universalis 2, however for christmas I am getting Victoria and chances are it will be better then Europa-Universalis 2.

im just a huge sim fan either the sims or sim city it doesnt matter gotta love um all..i own sim city four and the expansion pack rush hour its fun i get addicted too it but now for the past ohhhhh month ive been hooked on civ......its good to have a backup game u know
