I'm a bit torn really. The Balserapths are my favourites for lore and their unique game mechanics, but I never suceed in playing as them. On the other hand, the Civs I play most successfully are the Elohim and Kuriotates. Voted Bals anyway :goodjob:

Elves and Sidar are my faves (I'm a sucker for über-cities). Voted for Sidar.

I hesitantly voted Malakim purely on fluff. If there was anything significant that was remotely unique about the Malakim, that would put them over the top for me. As it is, I still love the desert dwellers enough to enjoy roleplaying them.

Close runners-up were: Doviello, Amurite, Sheaim.

I recently ended a High to low game with the Elohim... I think I love them, and this love started when I started cranking out vampires-brujahs to follow Chalid and his merry men. All while building an altar - ah, the time I wasted.

Question: is it true I could build another civ palace in the right city, then rebuild my own, and keep both?

I wrote up something both about that and about Valledia freeing Samael and ordering him to frame the Infernals for Einion's wife's torment so that the Elohim would break their treaty and come to the Amurite's aide once the Infernals invaded them, but the website stopped working for a few hours when I tried posting, and I don't feel like writing it up again. I should really be studying for finals instead.

Still Doviello. I don't care if Charadon is neglected and out of balance, slaughtering upstart civilizations is a blast and I like feeling like the underdog. :P

Ah, I understand, Magister. I was rather disappointed when it stopped working because I was looking forward to seeing if you had anything to say. If you got time and you're willing, please retype it. I'd love to read it all.:goodjob:

I voted for the Kuriotates. I love the 3 tier fat cross and their Centaur cavalry is just too much fun not to play with.

I've never actually played as the Kuriotates because I'm not sure I could figure out how to use them.

I actually have no favorite in FFH. I will play any civ the computer randomly generates for me except a civ with the Barbarian trait or Lanun (I only play land maps).

Honestly, I have been playing the Scions on the FF modmod exclusively and they are, hands down, my favorite. :)

I voted for Illians, because the mechanics for them are impeccable.

The Kuriorates are a close second, as their centaurs and amazing, as well as the uber-cities.

I casted my vote for the Sheaim because I always find I have the most to do when I play them. Whether I build infastructure or troops, either way I still get an army to crush those good civs with. Plus, they give me an actual mechanical benefit to raise the armageddon counter besides the fact that it is just fun to start up the good vs. evil wars, horseman rampages, 70 AC Uber units, etc.
