What is your most "fun" difficulty?

For me it's definitely Deity.
Not that I win every time, far from it actually, but that's the difficulty where I enjoy having my plans working out. Unless really bad start/luck I get whatever I want to get below that difficulty (except the very early wonders but they are not really worthwhile in the long run anyway)
Some are saying building wonders is not possible, yes it is, but it requires investment and then when I get it, if I do ^^, it feels really good...

Where were all you guys loving the challenges and fun of Immortal+ during the pre-release arguments at the BNW forum?

Immortal is my limit. Srsly. (although I do win easily with some lucky desert/sinai,petra spawns) The tile yield and science and culture bonuses the AI gets are a bit ridiculous, if the AI gets a salt spawn then gg. Getting beat to wonders all game is frustrating XD. Although its fun in a way too because it feels so good stealing a capitol with 10 wonders after you've just bribed Pacal's neighbors to DoW him.

I only lose on emperor if I've neglected to keep certain civs (alexander, Catherine, augustus, etc) in check, or if I am rushed with Hunnic horse archers (they devs REALLY need to make it such that the spearmen to get bonuses against them) on a plains spawn.

Although in vanilla I recall my size 50 capitol winning a utopian victory as Dido (and that happened because I was just able to buy my last GA with faith and sac'd my last GE who spawned 5 turns from the end to make a manufactory) right before Caesar finished his last spaceship part. Ahhhh such a good memory... one of the most gratifying wins ever because I stymied the efforts of his 30 cities with just my capitol.

I only play Pangaea btw. Continents is too easy since u only have to fight one civ early game usually.

immortal is probably the level I should be playing on, but I've been having too much fun on emperor. Being able to actually build the wonders you want is nice.

But it'll probably get old soon and I'll be back to immortal.

Yeah..so easy to wonder whore on emperor, but I was winning too easily and with little challange, so I just started my first immortal BNW game.
