What moderators are in charge of the Modiki?

Title explains itself. I really want to be able to edit the Modiki, but the spam-defender-thing won't let me create an account, so I need to talk to a moderator. Don't know who though.

I second this question. Not only does it link to the old makefile, I also noticed that the comments on what _precompile.cpp does is incorrect, though the conclusion is still the same (don't touch this file).
