Lack of hotfixes. Who remembers a famous start bias bug, not fixed for long long 6 months. ? Lived half a year with this error, when 9 out of 10 starts by Indonesia were in snow. That was so irritating but that is only 1 example.
Civ 6 is like a great modern car with a maximum huge number of different useful features and superb commodites. However also included with so many annoying things, which stop making pleasure of the greatnesses of this car. In example, this car, during drive, allows you to listen to dolby music and watch movies on one screen and surf internet on another screen or sleep same time - but you can not have fun of any of these, because windows in this car can not be closed due to failure. So passenger is angry, calls the producer and service and reports about windows but they say "yes, we will install another tablet screen where you can watch movies also in 3d"
